Binding straight and tight, pages clean and completely unmarked with no rips, creases, folding or bent edges. 8vo., maroon cloth boards with gilt titles, black top-edge stained, in the earliest dust jacket- with "1/66" on the front flap and with "Publishers Of The American College Dictionary And The Modern Library" at the bottom of the rear flap.
